We're a small Australian studio and we take every support request seriously. Reach us through any of the channels below β we aim to respond within 1 business day.
All purchases made through Upbeat Applications are for digital products (mobile applications and in-app features). As these are delivered electronically and accessed immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
Upbeat Applications does not currently sell physical goods. If this changes, our returns policy will be updated here and will comply with Australian Consumer Law, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can typically resolve billing issues much faster directly. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you are of course entitled to raise a dispute through your payment provider or financial institution.
For unresolved disputes, you may also contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state's fair trading authority.
If any Upbeat Applications product offers a subscription-based plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period β you will retain access to paid features until that date.

We do not lock customers into contracts. All subscriptions are month-to-month or annual (where applicable) and can be cancelled at any time without penalty.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period. If you cancel mid-period, your subscription remains active until the end of that period. If you believe you have been charged after a valid cancellation, contact us immediately and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charges.
Upbeat Applications is an Australian business operating under Australian law. Our products comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Our applications are made available internationally via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading and using our apps outside of Australia, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws and regulations.
Our products do not contain technology subject to Australian Defence Export Controls or US Export Administration Regulations (EAR). However, users in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions should be aware that their access may be restricted by platform-level policies (Apple/Google) independent of Upbeat Applications.
Our applications are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Upbeat Applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
All content within Upbeat Applications products β including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, and educational content β is owned by Upbeat Applications and protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
From time to time, Upbeat Applications may offer promotional pricing, free trials, or discount codes. The following terms apply to all promotions:
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Upbeat Applications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
